We build AI systems and software that people rely on. These are the rules we hold ourselves to while doing it.
People stay accountable
AI does a lot of our work, but a person reviews every result before it reaches a client and answers for it afterwards. We design the systems we build for you the same way: someone on your side can always see, check and override what the software does.
Honest advice
We tell you when something is not worth building, when AI is the wrong tool, and what a system can and cannot do. We do not promise results we cannot measure.
Your data stays yours
We use your data only for your project, keep it in the EU by default, and give AI tools the least access they need for the task. We do not use it to train models or share it with anyone else without your written permission.
Open about AI
We tell you where AI tools were used in the work we deliver and which ones. When we build AI into your product, we help you tell your own users the same.
Work we decline
We do not build systems designed to deceive people, to surveil them without a lawful basis, or to make decisions about them that no person can review. We check new AI projects against the EU AI Act before we start.
Built for everyone
We design for accessibility from the start and test AI features for outcomes that treat groups of people unfairly.
