# Smitcom Projects

> Smitcom Projects is a web, mobile and AI engineering studio based in Valmiera, Latvia. We design and build dependable digital products for organisations in Latvia, the Baltics and the European Union.

Smitcom Projects works directly with product owners and decision-makers, without an account-management layer between clients and engineers. Services include responsive websites, native Android applications, AI strategy and implementation, LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and business-process automation. Fixed-scope pilot projects are available.
